Located on the beach between Elenite and Sunny Beach in the spectacular calm southern bay with the romantic name Robinson and in the same time in the foot of Balkan Mountains ????? an exceptional combination of sea and mountain climate, separated from Marina View Fort Beach by a shopping street. The magnificent breath taking view has provoked us to name it Panorama Fort Beach. It has all extras you can imagine ????? 2 restaurants, four pools: one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, a 25 m. swimming pool, two pools for children with water attractions, three children playgrounds, a fitness club, a sauna, a tennis court/football field, a guarded parking lot.
Payment profile
The process of buying an apartment is very simplified:
You make your choice of the apartment by viewing it or by looking through our web site ????? our professionals will help you with answers to all your questions;
You reserve it in one of our offices or by e-mail;
A reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after first installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after second installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after third installment
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with Fort Noks deferred payments:
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 5,0 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 6,7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 7,8 % annual interest;
Use of the apartment after paid 30% of the price;
Notary act after full payment;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by Fort Noks ????? clients pay no fee for that.
You have to pay additionally 3% appox. of the amount of the deeds and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
