Payment profile
The process of buying an apartment is very simplified:
You make your choice of the apartment by viewing it or by looking through our web site? our professionals will help you with answers to all your questions;
You reserve it in one of our offices or by e-mail;
A reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after first installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after second installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after third installment
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with Fort Noks deferred payments:
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 5,0 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 6,7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 7,8 % annual interest;
Use of the apartment after paid 30% of the price;
Notary act after full payment;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by Fort Noks? clients pay no fee for that.
You have to pay additionally 3% appox. of the amount of the deeds and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
